# Hi! This is my (I think) Chinese banyan, Mr. bulge. I saved him from…

Hi! This is my (I think) Chinese banyan, Mr. bulge. I saved him from Home Depot, and at first was in full sunlight in September, but as it started getting towards November, it started to lose a lot of leaves and they turned yellow. I have since moved it to partial sunlight. I don’t know what the best conditions for it are, or how and when I should water him. There used to be so many leaves and I want them back! Is this normal to happen? What am I doing wrong?

I think this is a bonsai. I have one and it likes a lot of sun so I would get a grow light for the winter. I keep it in the window in the summer and it doesn’t like to dry out. Mine is starting to lose leaves because of the winter but they will grow back when spring/summer hits.
