Scared to find out the answer, but could anyone give me insight on what these white things are? They’re on my lovely jade plant :( thank you in advance

I have not personally owned a jade plant before but I have had similar white things on my plant before. From the picture it kinda looks like mealy bugs maybe. Personally to get rid of them I diluted some vinegar and sprayed the plant with it.
