# Helppp, my baby rubber plant is wilting like crazy and leaves are…

Helppp, my baby rubber plant is wilting like crazy and leaves are dropping every time I touch it. The stems and some leaves are turning brown. I’ve been watering regularly. It has good drainage. Its in an okay place in my room. It gets some indirect sunlight, but not a lot. I don’t know what to do! Everything I tried isn’t working. I just got it a few months ago too!

It may be getting overwatered! They like to dry out between waterings so I would check the roots for root rot, cut off any mushy roots if there are any and repot in fresh soil. Feel the soil before you water and only water if it has dried up. Good luck!

sounds like the lack of light is contributing to overwatering. peperomia prefer brighter light. an east or west windowsill is usually a good spot for this type of plant
