The same thing seems to be happening to my peace lily. Started drooping more than usual and yes like leaves are popping up out of nowhere

looks like mold. it can be caused by overwatering and/or soil that is too dense and doesn’t drain well enough

It looks like the Dracaena might have mealybugs.
