Looks really dry, start with watering!  
If that does take try moving them to water for a little. Looks like dumbcane of sorts? I recently did that with one I had problems with and it perked back up over time!

More water and light! These are high light plants and they’re thirsty.

Can you describe your current care schedule for your plant? Watering/lighting schedule?

Have you checked the roots? That pot may be too large for that plant (a little hard to tell).

Some plants also prefer distilled water or rain water vs tap water, (apologies I am not sure what type of plant that is though).

I agree with the other comment needs a good watering and then a watchful eye due to the fact that it has leaf growing. But you may want to check roots first and then determine if a smaller pot will be better before you do anything. Hope it works out for you, they are beautiful plants . Good luck 🍀
