Hey guys so I bought this philodendron from Home Depot but it has these spots on it and some of the tips are almost like a brown yellow color I looked all over the plant for pests, but I didn’t see anything, so if anyone knows what’s wrong with this plant or if this is normal, please let me know

That looks pretty normal to me. My heartleaf philodendron looks the same. New leaves start out looking brown/orangish and turn green when they mature. The spots just look like a bit of damage from shipping or something, so it should be fine as long as there’s no pests.
