I can’t tell anything from you picture. If you use your phones cam app you can hold the screen to lock the focus and then you can get really clear images.

I would guess you’re either giving too much light or nutrients. But definitely check the leaves thoroughly top and bottom for pests.

Had the same thing happen to the same plant and found out it was because I was giving it too much sun. It died unfortunately but I have a new one that is thriving… in the dark lol
