Looks like it could be thrips/mites damage. Check it thoroughly for pests. Best of luck!

The see through areas on the leaf look like Oedema which means the roots are taking up more water than the leaves can use. Is the soil also really wet? If so repot with more drainage in your soil like perlite added to your potting mix.
