I really don’t know what is wrong with this plant, its a cordyline. I found worms in it so a repotted it, I’ve sprayed it with fungal spray it, didn’t help but I am willing to try that again as I don’t know how to use it very well. It has been dropping a ton of leaves. I plan to water it to day, but I’m not sure as I don’t want to moisten the soil in case of pests! There is now weird white stuff on the stem and leaves, Please help, I don’t want this guy to die!!

Azamax, captain jacks dead brew. The little black dots look like thrip poop but it looks and sounds like mealies. Don’t use a systemic granulated in soil. Only saying that because if by some chance it’s spider mites it’s like crack for them. Ideally you need to look under magnification to determine the actual pest
