Hello! I'm new to the community and I recently got a peace lily (Oct 11) - it was thriving until 2 weeks ago. It was drooping and thought maybe I should water it - once I did (Thursday Nov 2) the next day it was back up but a couple of days later (Sunday Nov 5) it started drooping again and since then it was just getting worse :(

I want to save it but also I'm not sure what to do. Did I over water? under water? root rot? I haven't transferred it to another pot since I got it....

If anyone can help that would be amazing! Thanks in advance \<3

I water all of mine once a week. I did notice one of mine looking deformed and odd so I pulled it from the soil to find white bugs eating at the roots! It’s now in a vase of water. I would pull it if I were you, check roots for rot, and definitely repot. Cut away the yellow or browned leaves so the rest of the plant can thrive in its new pot. 😉 Get some nutrient enriched soil and it should be back to good health in no time.
