Overwatering, I think. I’d recommend waiting until it dries out more fully and then watering it. Rubber plants like to dry out first and then get a good drink in

The lead in the middle is super brown. I feel like I don’t know how to care for this plant 😭

I had the same issue. I pretty much stopped watering it until it was next to dry and then I water it well and let it drain. It seems to be doing really well now. Mine doesn’t even really get much sun. Sometimes leaves can budding leaves can be affected by pests and stuff too. I don’t think that’s your problem. But rubber plants definitely like to dry out first. They’ll drop leaves too if they’re stressing. Is yours a different type of rubber? It’s so brightly colored. If it is, I’m less knowledgeable.

I’m not sure. It didn’t have a label when I bought it. The leaves feel nice and firm though and I do let it dry out. I don’t know what to do with her!

I’m just gauging by the seemingly yellow tint. I could be wrong
