If this is a peperomia, their leaves fall off due to both underwatering and overwatering

Same for Hoya and dischidia. What kind of plant is it? Hard to tell from the picture.

yes it’s a dischidia!

The crown/top of the plant needs more light. I’d extend that hanger by a foot or so.
