Why is she turning yellow and not developing any more leaves? She was doing great until recently. Have I overwatered her?

Potentially! Yellow leaves is a sign of overwatering

Only way to know is to check the roots. If it’s colder now where you are, it could just be slowing down growth for the winter, which means it’ll need less water, so it’ll be easier to overwater it.
