Can someone pls tell what is wrong with my plant and why the leaves are falling off. If someone can guide me with any treatment pls

Is the soil too wet?

I watered it day before yesterday so yes it seems like more wet then it should be

Let it totally dry out before you water it again. If the soil is really wet now stick a tampon in the soil. Seriously. It will suck some of the water out of it.
