Any thoughts on what’s wrong with these leaves? The tree looks healthy otherwise. Never had a money tree before. 🙃

I rescued this guy from the local Lowe’s four days ago— he was so dry he was coming out of the pot, so I replaced the topsoil and gave him a good soaking.

He sits in the bathroom, with small north and west facing windows. No direct sunlight. Humidifier running overnight.
