Please help. Leaves of my rubber tree turned yellow and dried up literally over 2 days span.

Looks like sunburn. Was it exposed to direct sunlight instantly

Yikes! That’s a huge bummer. Was it moved to that location recently?  
With how it’s not on every leaf below makes me wonder if something causing a reflection from the sun singed, or severely sunburnt leaves as the sun moved through the sky.

I’ve seen that happen in Arizona. The sun reflecting off of something can just completely burn the crap out of a plant if the sun hits a reflective object just right.

Alternatively, have you used any new sprays/insecticides?
