Any idea what would cause these black spots? The rest of the plant looks healthy.

Are you letting the soil completely dry out between watering?

I overwatered a jade a few years ago (in a pot with no drainage holes) and I vaguely remember it looking similar.

The soil can completely dry out between watering.  
I often snooze my jade watering reminders when the soil is still moist.
