Hi everybody! :)

I have a Mini Monstera plant (Rhaphidophora tetrasperma) and have noticed that lately it's been getting dry and crunchy leaves with some very small burn spots. I moved away from the window and fully wet the soil in case it was feeling underwatered.

Now I've noticed that it's been growing these strange splotching areas. Are these early signs of variegation, or is it from something else? (right leaf is what is normally looks like).

Crunchy leaves might be an indicator of lack of humidity

Not sure about the spots… could be var or just a stressed leaf

Mine is your same kind of plants but my mind is spinning n bite off my nails bec of they all r weak as like weak leaves waaa wahh
