My elephant bush’s leaves are slowly dying and coming off. Any suggestions on what’s wrong or anything I can do to approve it?

Based on the branches reaching up (and lack of leaves), this needs  
some more sun. I have limited knowledge of Jade-related plants, though. That’s the only fix I know lol.

I have two elephant bushes and mine tend to thrive in a smaller pot. from the picture yours seems a larger than my two, but from my experience i would say maybe try sizing down a pot size or two. hope this helps and your plant comes back! ☺️
