Hello, I ordered this plant off Etsy and it’s not looking so great. I transplanted it the day it arrived. Any advice is appreciated.

Awe! Poor baby. Is it a Hoya! If so it will probably bounce back with good care. As long as there is no root rot and even then you can reroot. I would contact the seller though. Good luck

Yes, it’s a Hoya. When I transplanted it the roots looked good.

Check the roots again. This looks like overwatering or possibly a fungus/bacteria from root rot.
