What is wrong with my orchid

How do you water it? I put mine in the sink and let it soak about 30 minutes every 10-14 days

Drain the water off after soaking!

So I should take it out the pot? I have never done that. I got it from trader joes about a month ago

Is it a nursery pot sitting inside the pink pot. If so, yes, if not, you can leave it in the pink pot, just be sure to drain well after soaking.

I dnt knw how long ago u got this but have u checked the roots? The pic u posted looks like the roots look dark but I’m not sure. If they feel mushy u will have to repot and cut the rotten parts. I bought one on clearance and she was pretty rotten so I cut the mushy parts off. Took off the “soil” and gave her a wash. Then I let her sit for a day w no water to seal the parts I cut. Next day I repotted in moss and lecca. Now I just put a little bit of water in the pot and let her sit in it till it’s time to water again. If u do repot tho u will have to cut the flower limbs bc the flowers will fall off and they dnt grow back on the same stems. I will grow new ones down the road.

Hi, also if you didn't know the flowers naturally die off after a few months but not to worry, it will bloom again.
