Looks like spider mites damage to me but I might be wrong

That or maybe thrips damage?

Have you seen little bugs? Spider mites look like moving dust and there will be some very thin webbing. Thrips look more like tiny sticks and they generally affect any new growth.

Regardless of what it might be, I would isolate this plant immediately from any others nearby. Spray it down with water to hopefully knock off any pests. After, spray it with an insecticidal soap. Throughly drench the plant! You can buy one (I use Dead AF from The Plant Bar Co) or make your own (1-2 tablespoons of Dr Bonner’s Castille Soap in a spray bottle with water). I would spray it down once a day until the bugs are gone.

I would only add to cut any new growth. Those ass\*oles lay their eggs in leaf tissue so any new growth will unfurl with more juveniles

Thrips for sure, possibly leaf miners and spider mites if there are webs. Fortunately, neem oil or a soapy dish water spray can get rid of them all. Spray weekly including the underside of the leaves. Isolate the plants to prevent spreading. Spray nearby plants. Good luck. 🍀
