looks like a inconsistent watering problem or sun spots. where is it located and how much sun does it get.

I have it on my balcony, its shaded all day until about 4 pm and then it gets direct sunlight

Looks like it’s drying up! Try add more water, maybe more sunlight if it’s not getting any
