I just took off the bottom of my self watering plant and all the grooves were clogged with these weird Round things. Does anyone know what this is!? It’s not on any of my other pots that are this exact one.

Maybe try google lens! Kind of looks like eggs of some sort but I have no idea

I tried and it wouldn’t pick anything up. I agree it looks like eggs!

Slime mold. Usually means that the soil is staying wet for a long time. Doesn’t harm the plant at all. You can leave it or scrape it off
