Is the soil dry? If it is that could be the reason "he" is wilting, plants that are that type are dramatic and wilt if they don't get water

If sun and water does not help in the next day I would check the roots to see if they are root bound, and check for root rot.

The droopy look means it needs water, as stated. There is no yellowing or brown crispy leaves. So, the plant was getting sufficient water before. It lacks sufficient light which made it leggy with fewer leaves on some lower stems. You can leave it as is. You can cut the long side stems off to make the shorter middle section thrive and make it bushier. Repot the shorter middle section into a pot one to two sizes larger. I would bury the middle section about 3 inches deeper to get more roots off the buried stem. Remove all leaves that are in the soil to prevent rot. Use rooting hormone powder on the roots.

The remaining leggy stems can be cut in 1/2 or 1/3 segments. They will easily propagate in soil. Bury about 3/4 of each stem for more roots. Use rooting hormone powder. Remove all leaves in the soil, again, to prevent rot. Keep the soil evenly damp while the new roots grow in. The props should be ready for a final pot in about two weeks.

Coleus needs fertilizer and 6 hours of full sun or very bright indirect light to maintain its color. Timed release fertilizer like Osmocote or similar in the soil helps a lot. Good luck 🍀
