Good morning! We have a wonderful little pineapple plant that’s been doing really well for the last year, but all of a sudden the stalk that holds up the pineapple has begun to yellow and looks like it’s going to give up soon (we’re also propping up the pineapple with a chopstick!). Any ideas on how to save it? Thank you!

I have one too. The pineapple eventually will die off, and then it sends up babies on the side. When they’re big enough, pot them up and they will make their own pineapple eventually.

How did you get yours to fruit?? I have had mine for almost two years and it just keeps growing leaves

We got it from IKEA with the pineapple already there! (So cheated I’m afraid 😂)
