Is he sick or just trying to grow new leaves. The bottom leaves keep turning brown and drying up. No roots coming out of the bottom and the leaves are getting these spots. I have moved him to get more and less sun, but neither seemed to do anything. He is sad

Do you bottom water as well as use the self-watering globe?

I water, this one broke so I just stuck it in there to detract from the brown dry ugly stem. 😂

Is that a dracaena? If so, it could be black stem rot caused by overwatering. Check for root rot.

it looks burned. Did you use a liquid fertilizer or anything?
