I tried the suggestions you all gave me and it got worse 😭 is it too far gone? The soil isn’t holding water either, it just goes right through and bottom watering hasn’t been super effective

I swear I’m a good plant mom 😭

If the soil isn’t holding water, it’s been dry for too long and has become hydrophobic. You need to change out with fresh soil

Another thing that can wet the soil again is to completely submerge it under water and hold it under for a few minutes!

Stromanthe triostars don’t like to dry out. They like to stay moist but not soggy. It looks like some stems have the slightest life in them. Id check on the roots and see how much you have left. Repot into a smaller pot if necessary. I would also change out the soil just in case yours is hydrophobic. I checked out what you have logged for this plant and 12 days to me def sounds like a long time to not give your plant water esp when you have light on sight which I think is a south facing window.

I agree with the advice above. I’d definitely cut back any sick bits, and repot with fresh soil. I did this with my aglaonima plant (which I thought was a goner) and it bounced back! Managed to propagate a new plant with a cutting too. This pic is before when it was down to just one leaf.
