WHAT THE HECK ARE THESE?!
I cannot seem to get them to go away they just continue to fill my sticky traps!
I’ve tried powder pesticides
Spray pesticides
Changing soil

😩
I’m feeling defeated
And they are on almost ALL my plants

Mosquito dunks or beneficial nematodes.

I started using mosquito bits, making a ‘tea’ in my water. It’s been a couple weeks and I have seen a drastic change. Still use the sticky traps to catch the adults though. You can find them at a local nursery or Amazon.

1 drop of this per gallon of water. Water your plants with that as normal. Done. Problem solved.
(Works on fungus gnats as well as mosquitos)

I had them recently and tried all of the above to no avail. The only thing that worked for me was this UV light trap thing called Katchy Duo I bought on Amazon. I was so desperate and willing to try anything and it was on sale at the time. It is GROSS how many bugs (not only gnats!) it has caught. I now have two and leave them on all the time. Highly recommend.

Depending on the plant, you could try letting the soil completely dry out and then watering with a mixture of neem oil and dish soap mixed into the water. They don’t like dry soil.
