recently repotted this felt bush 2 days ago and saw this little thing growing out of what looks like a dying leaf. anyone knows what’s up and if this should be of concern?

Looks like new growth to me

If it’s one leaf it’s typically not a problem

Looks like an aerial root. My jellybean plant sent out aerial roots at the locations where I lost leaves during shipping.
