A lot of fungus on this mimosa plant. Anyone cured this before and have tips? Or if anyone wants to tell me it's spider mites and I'm in denial?

Repot with new soil. And dilute hydrogen peroxide with water spray and water with that. Just like 1/3 hydrogen peroxide and 2/3 water

You need to monitor moisture better you can just clean the topsoil and be more careful watering.
