I got this rubber plant six months ago and overwatered it. For the past three months it’s just appeared dormant like this. I’ve tried making notches in a couple of the nodes. I’ve tried using a KeiKei paste on a few of the nodes. I am careful not to overwater it now. I make sure it gets plenty of indirect light. There is no new growth whatsoever. What else can I do?

It looks like you’ve got some new growth coming in now at least. Mine took off once they were in very bright light.

I would repot in terra-cotta and add a little more light.
