Anyone know what’s going on with this guy?  
He’s a Hawaiian Ti plant and this just started happening a few days ago!

I’m so sad for you! I just lost one of these from a group of plants I had to separate 😩That is a leaf disease that you are gonna have to tackle fast. Google the many ways to and try to keep the leaves dry, and get rid of the disease but the leaves with the spots will be lost, it is also contagious to other plants.
