Hmm 🤔 odd it’s not pure white so realistically there isn’t a reason for it might have been a fluke, keep on doing your maintenance maybe just be conscious about how long ur light is on and your watering/ fertilizing is optimal either bottom water or water through (let drain access 1hr+) then let it dry completely 1-2 days before watering

It could be a few possibilities:
1\) Check for root bound. Are roots coming out the drain hole or wrapping itself inside the pot? Repot to a slightly larger pot, if so.
2\) Signs of overwatering (root rot)? Clean out the rotting roots, rinse with peroxide to kill bacteria and repot, if so.
3\) Signs of under watering? Dried out roots or root ball? Then, increase the watering frequency.
4\) Humidity too low? Add a humidifier or a pebble tray under the pot with water ensuring the pot does not sit in the water.
