Are these little white things on my moon cactus new blooms or some sort of bug? I took one off and squished it and a liquid came out? They just showed up today from my knowledge

Could be really bugs. Put some alcohol on a Q-tip and clean them off. Just in case, keep it away from your other plants for a week or so.
