So I’ve trimmed my Pothos about 2 months ago and it’s seems very stagnant, any recommendations on getting it to grow?

Not a Pothos it’s actually a lemon lime philodendron

I bought two Lemon Lime philodendron about 6 and 4 weeks ago. I liked the small one so much that I bought a larger one! Both are flourishing. Here’s what I did:
1\) Repotted the small one to a 6 inch pot with a premium potting soil. The large one came in an 8 inch pot and didn’t need repotting. Soil looked good. I added timed release fertilizer to the soil (Osmocote).
2\) Placed both in a high humidity and very brightly lit area (northern facing patio). No direct sunlight.
3\) Water as needed for my environment (Zone 9 heatwave means watering every 12 hours)

There are 2 individual plants in the small red pot. There are about 8 plants in the larger white pot. You can add fullness by repotting to a pot about 2 inches larger. Add several cuttings directly into the soil with rooting hormone powder. Use premium brand potting soil like Miracle Gro.

Increase humidity around your plants. Fertilize. Ensure lighting is bright.

Whenever I’ve trimmed parts off my guys they generally don’t continue to grow on the same vine. Def agree with getting more to supplant the fullness but if it isn’t producing new vines at all maybe check if it needs more room see if any roots are sticking out the bottom. Like even if it’s shorter the root system is the same size. If no roots coming out the bottom and it’s been a year or more since last repotted You could also try adding some fresh soil to the top to give it a boost. I did this with a few of my Pothos and philodendron in spring and they’ve all been producing fresh growth out of the soil.

Also I generally propagate my Phil or Pothos in water. Once water roots are developed I tend to just stick it back in the same pot it came from if the plant isn’t overly crowded helps with fullness and ensures there’s vines that are still producing fresh tips ya know?
