Been having troubles with my Monkey mask lately!!

Very droopy and yellowing, any advice? The roots and base don’t look great either.

I would downsize pot. Moisture would be held too long in that much soil surrounding a smaller root system.

I’ve gone through this with this type of plant before. If you do downsize check for root rot and remove any soft or brown roots before putting it in its new home. Another option might be to buy another little guy to cohabitate. Adding more plant to the pot will help with water absorption. That’s what I did— plus I just stick my fingers into the soil every time I’m tempted to water it because I feel like it’s a better gauge of moisture. But yeah generally when you have s plant that’s in s really roomy pot you have to focus on giving it “sips” of water while still trying to hit as much surface area of the top soil as possible so it doesn’t become hydrophobic
