Looks like burn spots

have you tried repotting it? it looks like it could be over watered or have root rot… just a thought not a 100% answer

Bottom roots sitting in water too long can cause yellow spots that dry. So, as mentioned above, overwatering is one possibility. Definitely, check the root ball.
