I would guess something is eating your plant. It’s hard to tell. Look for red spider mites. They very fine webs. Check under and between every leaf for anything that’s moving if you dab a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol on it. Check the soil. Scale, mealy bugs and thrips are common pests on houseplants.
