He friends. My Lemon Lime Maranta has been struggling for awhile due to a bad run in with thwips. I’ve been trying to treat it, but it really hasn’t been going well. Today I noticed that some flowers bloomed. They’re very pretty, but I know some plants only flower when they are stressed. Is this normal, or a sign of distress?

It really could be both. Plants bloom when they’re happy and when they’re stressed.  
If you see her thriving, then the blooms mean it’s happy. If you see her struggling, then they mean it’s stressed.
