# Trying to rescue my Dracaena! I got it in January from the grocery…

Trying to rescue my Dracaena! I got it in January from the grocery store. Lately it’s tips have been browning more than usual. I chopped off all the browned bits, and decided to try to repot it into a nursery pot with drainage holes. I had to cut off the plastic pot it was in only to discover it was inside yet another plastic pot underneath that one. This pot does have drainage… sort of. Should I leave it in this? Or repot it with new soil and everything? It has some roots poking out that look decent but the soil at the base looks really wet.

Repot with fresh soil.

Another issue could be the air surrounding it. Sometimes tips of leaves turn brown due to the lack or over presence of humidity in the air.
