Got a fiddle leaf fig and after a few days brown spots started showing up. Any ideas what could be causing this?

dark spots like this are an indicator of sunburn on your fiddle! try moving it into bright indirect light and slowly introduce it to brighter light over time

Thank you I thought that was the case. Moved into more indirect light. How often should I water it?

When soil is dry for a minimum of a days time. I find that works for most plants.
