Hi! I recently posted on here about my palm plant… I took someone’s advice and separated any singular stems / roots and put them in glasses of water after rinsing the dirt off…

I did this Thursday and I started seeing new roots grow! I cut a few right by the end of the green and I cut this one a little higher than the others, but I’m noticing this mold looking growth??? Any tips? This is kind of growing near the roots under water on some of them also….
