Unless those are hard water spots on the leaves it looks like it could be the beginning of powdery mildew

They’re hard water spots I didn’t water using filtered water last time and I live in London the water isn’t great here

Update: I think it was transplant shock! She’s making a fabulous recovery and got a new leaf coming in
