# I just bought this ivy recently and I keep finding dead/wilted leaves…

I just bought this ivy recently and I keep finding dead/wilted leaves on it, not sure if it needs more or less sun and same with watering if it needs more or less. Any advice on this or ivy plants in general? 🌿

I think it could be root-bound. It looks like there’s a lot of plants in one pot, so some plants aren’t getting water. I would repot it, while loosening up the roots/soil. It could also not be getting enough light, but ivy is resilient so I don’t think that’s the issue

Thank you!! I may try to take some out of the pot so it has some more room. Also I think I might’ve over watered it at some point too, cause I only noticed the drooping after it’s last drink of water :(

I would say repot and check the roots. My ivys are temperamental but as long as I keep them in the right size pot they are fine
