Hi there I’m new here. I’m wondering if anyone can tell me what this is and if I need to do something with the soul of my plant. It looks grayish not sure if it’s mold. I have another plant just like this one and I have them on the same watering schedule in the same soil but only this plant have this gray spot in it

It's mold!! Same things happening to me currently. it'll rot the plant stem if you don't remove it!

So just remove that bit of the soil? Or repot the plant all together?

I've just been removing it and spraying anti fungal spray on the soil!
