# Help please….. my ficus tree is losing leaves and has a tiny amount…

Help please….. my ficus tree is losing leaves and has a tiny amount of powdery substance on it. I’m in Colorado and have a humidifier right on it. What should I do ?

Looks like it could possibly be mealy bugs. Look up some pictures and see if it matches up, although I hope that’s not what it is! 🤢🫡

Or powdery mildew? Depending on what the ambient humidity level is, if you have a humidifier on it, it might have created the environment for it. I’ve used fungicide in the past—with great success.

I would try two parts water one part milk that is what worked for me
