I Don’t know what this is but I looked in to it I think it is a sunburn but I need to know how to treat it. Any thoughts?

I have a grow light and it isn’t to close

Can they get sunburn from grow lights? It may not be sunburn. I would expect the outer leaves to burn first. Those damage leaves look like inner leaves. It may help to check the soil to confirm no roots issues like beginning root rot. Good luck.
