# Would it be good to let this Majesty Palm sit outside most of the day…

Would it be good to let this Majesty Palm sit outside most of the day then bring it in? My spouse bought me this plant knowing nothing about it. I just don’t want bugs on it then me bringing bugs in. Any advice. I live in a loft style apartment with 0 sun in here. A window that never has sun coming in due to where my apartment is positioned. My other plants are doing ok.

A plant grow light is essential for low light rooms. They are affordable and come in many varieties. There are tripod mounted with remote control, shelf clip ons, and even some small ones that stick in the pot. It’s better than moving your plants and gives peace of mind when you go out of town.

This! I have a bunch of calatheas growing under lights and they seem extremely happy.

I have grow lights on timers... they can run from 6-8-10-12 hours

I leave mine out 24/7 in the warmer weather. It seems really happy outside.
