Check for pests, but I’d guess cold damage based on looks.

It’s only under a grow light, too close???

It looks sun burnt to me too, while they love light, they don’t like direct light and burn pretty easily. I moved mine under a grow light as this had started to happen to mine when they were in the window.

I just saw your comment about the grow light, it might be too close to it. My bad! 😅
